Premier Capital Real Estate is looking for experienced and driven Secondary Market Real Estate Property Consultants & Leasing Consultants to join our growing team.
Requirements
- Applicant must be currently based in the UAE
- Available to join immidiately
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Dubai’s Secondary Real Estate Market is MANDATORY
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s secondary market, communities, and transaction process
- Area specialist is a plus
- Posses Listings with documents
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
- Professional level of English is mandatory
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Strong qualifying and negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-driven individual with the ability to take initiative and embrace innovative approaches (outside the box thinker)
- Strong objection handling skills and proven closing techniques
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional client service
