We are seeking a Senior Satellite & RF Systems Engineer with strong hands-on experience in satellite reception systems, RF infrastructure, and broadcast headend environments. The role involves end-to-end design, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of satellite TV reception and distribution systems, including DVB platforms and IPTV integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, install, and commission satellite antenna systems for TV signal reception
- Perform precise antenna alignment, signal acquisition, and optimization
- Install and configure feed horns, LNBs, and RF front-end components
- Install, align, and maintain waveguides ensuring proper sealing and performance
- Deploy and manage RF cabling infrastructure including RG6, RG11, fiber optic, and other RF cable types
- Configure and maintain RF components such as splitters, combiners, RF matrices, and signal amplifiers
- Install and configure headend equipment including IRDs, modulators, encoders, and multiplexers
- Work with DVB standards including DVB-S, DVB-S2, DVB-T, and DVB-C systems
- Integrate satellite systems with IPTV/OTT platforms and streaming workflows
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of signal issues, interference, and system failures
- Use RF testing tools such as spectrum analyzers, signal meters, and BER/MER measurement tools
- Ensure proper grounding, shielding, and compliance with industry and safety standards
- Prepare system documentation, diagrams, and technical reports
- Support project delivery, client coordination, and on-site deployments
