We are seeking a seasonedSAP Architect – Directorto lead and designSAP architecturesolutions acrossEnterprise, Business, Data, Application, Integration, Infrastructure, and Security domainsfor a12-18 month engagement. The role focuses on delivering robust integration and security strategies tailored to the needs ofdefense manufacturingoperations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, industry best practices, and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements
Proven expertise inSAP architectureacrossEnterprise, Business, Data, Application, Integration, Infrastructure, and Securitydomains.
Minimum of18 years of total professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in defense manufacturing or similarly regulated industries.

Exceptionalleadershipand team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong analytical andproblem-solving skillsto address complextechnical challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Architect SAP Solutions
Lead the design and implementation of SAP architecture across all relevant domains, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
Define and document enterprise-wide SAP architecture strategies tailored to defense manufacturing requirements.
Integration and Security Leadership
Develop robust integration frameworks, leveraging middleware and APIs to connect SAP with non-SAP systems.
Design and enforce security policies for SAP applications, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align SAP architecture with organizational goals and business processes.
Serve as the primary advisor on SAP architecture decisions, providing regular updates and strategic insights.
Implementation Oversight
Oversee the implementation and deployment of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements.
Manage risks, resolve technical issues, and ensure successful project delivery.
TeamLeadershipand Mentorship
Lead and mentor a team of SAP architects, developers, and consultants, fostering a culture ofinnovationand excellence.
Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to build internal capabilities and supportcontinuous improvement.
PerformanceOptimizationand Governance
Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the performance of SAP systems and architecture.
Continuously assess and optimize SAP processes, systems, and architecture to meet evolving business needs.
