Job Description
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets by providing administrative support and coordinating sales activities.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing timely and accurate information.
Prepare and send out quotations to clients, following up on leads to support conversion rates.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing, and event-related tasks.
Develop and maintain organized filing systems for sales records and reports.
Prepare function sheets and coordinate pre-conference and post-event activities.
Conduct regular walk-throughs and site inspections to maintain familiarity with hotel facilities and operational standards.
Assist in creating and updating sales support materials for the sales team.
Monitor and report on sales activities, preparing regular reports for management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, laws, and regulations in all sales-related activities.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Outstanding relationship building and people skills.
Good mathematical skills.
Organizational skills.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
