Female Real Estate Agent – Leasing & OFF-LAN
Al Fariq Properties LLC is looking for a Female Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Must have proven real estate experience in Dubai/UAE
- Strong experience in leasing and dealing directly with clients
- Excellent English communication skills
- Arabic language is an advantage
- Must currently be based in Dubai
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Experience in social media marketing is an advantage
- Driving license and own car are an advantage
- Professional, confident, motivated, and target-oriented
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle property leasing and client inquiries
- Meet and communicate with clients professionally
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential tenants
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Promote properties through social media and other marketing channels
- Negotiate and close leasing deals
- Maintain accurate client and property records
