- Recruit and develop new sales team members
- Monitor daily sales activities and performance
- Drive B2B telecom sales (SME and corporate clients)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years telecom or B2B sales experience
- Team handling or leadership experience preferred
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
