Job Overview & Summary
- Role: Swimming Pool Sales Consultant / Representative
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in sales, specifically within pool construction, landscaping, or aquatic contracting.
- Core Goal: Generate new leads, execute on-site client consultations, present design proposals, and meet monthly/annual revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultations: Meet with property owners, contractors, or developers to evaluate site spaces, discuss design ideas, and establish realistic project budgets.
- Design & Proposals: draft comprehensive technical and commercial quotations.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Follow up on inbound leads, pitch contract terms, negotiate pricing, and close sales consistently in a competitive market.
- Project Handover: Coordinate smoothly with internal engineering, permitting, and project management teams to ensure seamless transition from sale to construction.
- Market Networking: Build strong relationships with local architects, landscape designers, and real estate developers to secure referral networks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven success in face-to-face sales, high-volume consumer sales, or technical contracting markets.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with swimming pool construction stages, equipment (pumps, filters, and disinfection systems), and local building codes.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation capabilities.
- Licenses: Valid driver’s license for regular site visits.
Pay: QAR7,000.00 – QAR10,000.00 per month
