Main Responsibilities:
- Visiting potential clients after their contact with the company to assess project sites and understand their needs.
- Meeting clients on-site and explaining the work process and services in a professional and clear manner.
- Preparing technical observations after the visit and defining the scope of required work.
- Preparing estimates and pricing proposals based on actual site assessments and itemization.
- Managing internal implementation projects from the estimation phase to delivery.
- Reading plans and designs and understanding their technical and implementation details.
- Preparing itemization and bill of quantities for residential and commercial projects.
- Estimating implementation costs and reviewing expenses accurately.
- Coordinating with contractors and technicians and monitoring the quality of works on-site.
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and obtaining competitive prices for materials and items.
- Monitoring the supply of materials and ensuring their compliance with design and specifications.
- Preparing or coordinating the procurement of materials and supplies that align with the project concept and budget.
- Communicating with clients and explaining implementation details and costs professionally.
- Monitoring work phases and task scheduling and minimizing conflicts between items.
- Resolving site issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ensuring the implementation of works meets the required quality and agreed timelines.
