Property: Ensure proper maintenance of cold stores, employee accommodations, and compliance with warehousing standards.
Employee Welfare: Provide bed materials, enforce dress code, resolve compensation issues, and manage medical insurance and traffic penalties.
Government Relations: Ensure timely renewal of permits and coordinate with PRO on reports and employee violations.
