Recruitments:
-Possession of a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of real property regulations and practices.
-Proven experience in real estate, with a focus on sales and property transactions.
-Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
-Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and expertise in strategic property investments will be an advantage.
-Proficiency in negotiation and communication skills to facilitate successful transactions.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple opportunities.
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance and hospitality industry Sale’s experience candidate is looking for.
-The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in selling, buying, and renting properties, conducting market research, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service.
-The role also involves conducting property tours, preparing relevant documentation, and advising clients on market trends and investment strategies to optimize their assets.
