Responsibilities:
– Identify and evaluate commercial properties that meet client requirements; Industrial, Retail and Offices.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords and developers.
– Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest industry trends and property values.
– Negotiate lease and sale agreements to secure favorable terms for clients.
– Provide expert advice on property investment, market conditions and portfolio management.
– Coordinate property viewings and manage the sales or leasing process from start to finish.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
– Prepare and present detailed property proposals and reports to clients.
