Sales & Service Engineer – Construction Equipment Jobs in Abu Dhabi at SMAA General Maintenance
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Service Engineer with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and approximately 2 years of experience in the construction-related equipment field. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and sales skills to promote our construction machinery, understand client needs, recommend suitable equipment, and provide dedicated after-sales support.
In addition to a competitive monthly salary providing strong earning potential for high performance, the Sales & Service Engineer will earn commissions for each machine sold.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector.
- Promote and sell construction machinery to main contractors, applicators, and subcontractors.
- Provide technical consultations and recommend appropriate equipment based on project requirements.
- Provide excellent after-sales service, follow up with clients on equipment performance, and handle technical inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage continuous business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and seamless operations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university. (UAE MOFA attestation is preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the construction-related equipment or heavy machinery field.
- License: Valid UAE driver’s license is required.
- Languages: Proficiency in English. (Knowledge of the Turkish language is an added advantage).
- Skills: Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel within the UAE or abroad as needed.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
