Sales Executive – Indoor & Outdoor Sales
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our door hardware showroom in Sed Al Bouchrieh, Lebanon. The role will involve both indoor showroom sales and outdoor sales, including visiting clients, following up on leads, and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Handle indoor showroom sales, advising customers on door hardware products and suitable solutions.
- Conduct outdoor sales visits to contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, and other potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and generate new sales opportunities.
- Present product features, benefits, and technical information to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the showroom team to maintain attractive product displays.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain good product knowledge through ongoing training.
