Electrical Engineer, Facilities Management Experience for Abha & Buraidah (Saudi Nationals Only) Jobs in أبها at Crystal Facilities Management Limited
- Manage and supervise the operation, maintenance, and performance of all electrical systems within the facility.
- Review and approve preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and technical audits to ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Review contractor performance, maintenance reports, method statements, and technical submittals.
- Investigate electrical faults and provide technical solutions to improve system reliability and minimize downtime.
- Monitor compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and maintenance schedules, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal FM teams to ensure smooth project and maintenance operations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and HSE requirements, including Saudi Building Code, NFPA, IEC, and other applicable standards.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, condition assessments, asset lifecycle recommendations, and client presentations.
- Provide technical support during project handover, commissioning, snagging, defect rectification, and operational readiness activities.
Pay: ﷼9,000.00 – ﷼11,000.00 per month
