Position Overview:
Devotion Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our corporate services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting our company formation and PRO services, and driving revenue growth. This role offers a fixed monthly salary with additional incentives based on performance.
Salary:
AED 3,000 – 5,500 (depending on experience) + Attractive Incentives Slab
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients interested in company setup and PRO services in Dubai (Mainland & Free Zones).
Develop and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors.
Provide expert advice on company formation, licensing, visa processing, and compliance requirements.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and business events.
Close sales deals and meet or exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated with UAE business regulations and industry trends to provide accurate guidance to clients.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in corporate services, company formation, or PRO services in Dubai.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or Gujarati is preferred.
Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Personality: Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Candidates with a valid UAE Driving License will be given preference.
