HVAC Supervisor Jobs in Al Quoz at MCM Spectrum international
- Coordinate HVAC and MEP maintenance activities in accordance with client requirements and site conditions.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, scope of work, and material specifications.
- Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance (PPM) activities to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works.
- Allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for daily site activities.
- Conduct site inspections, identify technical faults, and recommend suitable corrective actions.
- Coordinate with clients, technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare service reports, inspection reports, work completion reports, and maintenance records.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
