Key Responsibilities:

– Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
– Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
– Meet individual and store sales targets.
– Share customer feedback and market trends with management.
– Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
– Collaborate with team members to exceed customer expectations.
– Adhere to company policies, schedules, and break times.
– Report any emergency incidents to the immediate manager.
Qualifications:
– Freshers are welcome to apply
