Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, with a focus on promoting modular building solutions across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Saudi Arabia
- Build and maintain strong relationships with specifiers, engineers, architects, and contractors
- Generate leads, secure projects, and strengthen brand visibility
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives
- Manage customer relations and marketing development initiatives
- Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities and projects
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing in construction/building materials industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Local experience in the Saudi construction market
- Strong network within the Saudi construction industry
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
