Jet Horizon Properties is looking for a motivated Property Consultant – Off-Plan to join our growing sales team in Dubai. If you have experience in off-plan property sales, excellent communication skills, and the ambition to grow with one of the UAE’s leading real estate brokerages, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Generate and qualify new leads through company channels and personal networking.
- Conduct professional property presentations and site visits.
- Build long-term relationships with buyers and investors.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation.
- Stay up to date with Dubai’s off-plan market, developers, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Support VIP clients and contribute to business growth through referrals and repeat business.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Dubai Off-Plan real estate sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred).
- Fluent in English (Arabic speakers are preferred).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
- Valid UAE Driving License and own car are preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about real estate sales.
