Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fit-Out Site Engineer to join our Interior Decoration, Joinery, and Fit-Out team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, coordinating with project teams, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day fit-out and joinery works on site.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements before execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality meets company and client standards.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, joinery, and decoration projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution, joinery installations, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, shop, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- UAE Driving License is a MUST.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
