SportPlex is looking for a passionate and energetic Basketball Coach to join our Sports Department and help develop the next generation of players.

Key Responsibilities
• Teach fundamental basketball skills such as shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, and footwork
• Lead training sessions, clinics, and development programs for youth and adults
• Coach teams during leagues and tournaments
• Develop practice plans and game strategies
• Encourage teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for all players
• Support basketball camps, leagues, and special events
• Communicate effectively with players and parents
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in Physical Education, Sports Coaching, or Sports Management
• Previous basketball coaching experience
• Playing experience at high school, collegiate, or club level
• Experience working with youth athletes
