We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing (female candidate ) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets for Fire & Life Safety Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Fire & Life Safety sector.
- Promote Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, FM-200, Fire Suppression, Emergency & Exit Lighting, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, facility management companies, and end users.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.
- Review tender documents and prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales/business development experience in Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, or MEP systems within Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of QCDD regulations and Fire & Life Safety systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).
- Female candidate preferred
