Sales & Marketing Executive – Real Estate Jobs in Dubai at BD Holding
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the estimation team in preparing accurate cost estimates for landscape and water feature projects.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to assess material, labor, and equipment costs.
Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost breakdowns, and tender submissions.
Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
Conduct risk assessments to ensure profitability and minimize cost variations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
Stay updated on market trends, material prices, and construction industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and contractual obligations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in estimation, specifically in landscape (hardscape & softscape) and water bodies.
Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
Immediate availability is an advantage.
