The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental systems and procedures within the organization, aiming to provide a safe working environment and minimize hazards and accidents while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Conducting regular inspection tours to identify and address hazards.
Preparing incident and injury reports, investigating their causes, and suggesting corrective actions.
Providing awareness and training programs for employees in safety.
Ensuring the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Monitoring the readiness of fire-fighting and emergency systems and equipment.
Preparing and updating risk assessments and safe work procedures.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Participating in the preparation and implementation of evacuation and emergency plans and conducting regular drills.
Submitting periodic reports to management on safety, health, and environmental performance.
