We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mechanical Service Advisor to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will play dynamic role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and directing them to an available technician.
Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs.
Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications.
Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary.
Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.
Assisting customer with deciding to fix their car through the dealership’s shop or trading the vehicle in.
Overseeing and managing the service center’s scheduling and workflow.
Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.
Qualification:
Diploma / Bachelors degree in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering .
Bosch / Multi Brand Certification.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in similar role.
Minimum 2 years GCC experience mandatory.
Bosch Service Centre / Multi Brand Service Centre Experience.
UAE manual driving license (With minimum 2 years UAE driving experience).
Excellent English language skills. Arabic Language will be an added advantage.
Customer service experience & Smart appearance.
Hard working approach & positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
