About the Role
We are a fast‑growing healthy food and salad subscription startup looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset. This role is ideal for someone who can build a brand from the ground up, drive customer acquisition, increase subscriptions, and manage customer relationships with excellence. Candidates with experience in FMCG, QSR, meal subscription, cloud kitchen, or related industries are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to position the brand strongly in the healthy food segment.
- Create campaigns across digital platforms, fitness communities, and corporate networks.
- Support content creation for social media, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Drive customer acquisition through targeted outreach, partnerships, and activations.
- Increase monthly subscriptions through structured sales and retention strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand reach.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients
- Work closely to scale the business from early stage to growth phase.
- Contribute ideas for product development, pricing, promotions, and market expansion.
- Support daily operations, activations, sampling events, and brand collaborations.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in FMCG, healthy food, QSR, cloud kitchen, or subscription-based businesses.
- Strong understanding of sales, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience in brand building, marketing campaigns, and community engagement.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong project management and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and taking ownership of outcomes.
