Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients in need of freight forwarding and logistics services.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Collaborate with the operations team to provide accurate and competitive quotes to clients.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies and guidelines.

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, services, and market dynamics.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
