Job Title: Sales Manager -(Automotive)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Automotive to join our team in Doha.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed automotive sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Expand the company’s customer network and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in automotive sales, preferably with brands such as Mahindra, IVECO, Forthing, or similar automotive brands.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar automotive market with an established market network and customer base.
- Proven ability to drive vehicle sales, develop new business, and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality with strong customer-facing skills.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive automotive market.
- Qatar market experience is highly preferred.
