Job Description
Develop new Customers and expand to new geographics. Mentor and train the sales team to achieve individual and team targets and develop strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Identify new business opportunities and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Collaborate with production team to enhance sales strategies and marketing efforts.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to
senior management
. Analyse sales data to identify trends and
opportunities for growth
. Manage and oversee the sales budget and expenses. Create credit control processes and adherence of the same. Ensure collection is made on time and receivable management is progressed. Â
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven sales management experience in the ME Region, preferably in Aluminium/metal industry. Valid UAE driving license. Excellent negotiation and closing skills and ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Experience of
export market in Africa & Europe is desirable.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 10 Years’ experience in Aluminium extrusion or downstream Aluminium products.
