Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Salon Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a ladies salon, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage daily front-desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Schedule and manage appointments using the salons booking system.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in clients.
Provide accurate information about salon services, prices, and promotions.
Process payments (cash/card) and maintain accurate billing records.
Manage client records and update contact details.
Coordinate with stylists and therapists to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist in retail product sales and stock management.
Handle client complaints or concerns professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a ladies salon as a receptionist.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of salon booking systems and POS software.
Professional appearance and friendly attitude.
Basic knowledge of beauty treatments and services is a plus.
Fluent in [mention languages required, e.g., English & Arabic].
