Continental Chef Jobs in Dubai at Khana Khazana Hospitality
Key Responsibilities
- Mandatory Experience in vegan Dishes Preparation
- Prepare and cook continental dishes & Vegan Dish Mandatory (soups, salads, pasta, steaks, sauces, grilled items, etc.)
- Design and execute menu items in line with restaurant standards
- Ensure food presentation meets fine-dining or casual dining expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients
- Control portion sizes, food cost, and wastage
- Work with sous chefs and kitchen staff for smooth operations
- Ensure timely delivery of dishes during service hours
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and quality
- Assist in menu planning and seasonal specials
Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine techniques
- Experience in grilling, sautéing, baking, and sauce preparation
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene and HACCP standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Creativity in food presentation and menu development
- Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering preferred
