Key responsibilities include:
Achieving growth and meeting sales targets.
Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
Identifying emerging markets and shifts, staying informed about new products and competitors.
Presenting sales forecasts and strategies to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in Trading, Financial Services, or Fintech industries.
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Experience in the MEA region.
Experience with liquidity in FX and/or Equity products.
Knowledge of global and regional financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management in the MEA region.
Availability for face-to-face interviews in Dubai.
