Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Generation
Identify and maximize new business opportunities to support the growth its IP portfolio partnership program, particularly in KSA and MENA.
Gather market intelligence, conduct industry research, and utilize insights to drive business opportunities and optimize future renewals.
Sponsorship Sales & Proposal Development
Lead the development of sponsorship proposals, including preparing compelling sales materials and documentation.
Manage the sales process, from prospecting to pitching and closing sponsorship deals.
Partnership Negotiation & Closing
Take an active role in negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements to achieve revenue targets while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders.
Account Management & Sponsor Activations
Support partner account management by ensuring the delivery of sponsor contractual benefits and activations.
Monitor and report on sponsorship performance and activation outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate closely with team and its IP portfolio agencies and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in partnership development and management within the sports sponsorship market.
Proven experience across the sponsorship acquisition cycle (e.g., analyzing, sourcing, pitching, closing, and servicing partnerships).
Background in a commercial sports organization or marketing agency is highly preferred.
