Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute annual sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and annual revenue goals.
2. Explore new clients, maintain long-term cooperation with existing customers, and expand market share in Saudi and Gulf regions.
3. Follow up project inquiries, quotations, negotiations, contracts, order execution and payment collection.
4. Lead, train and manage the sales team, arrange daily work, supervise team performance, and improve overall sales efficiency.
5. Collect local market information, industry trends, competitor dynamics, and provide regular market analysis reports.
6. Maintain good business relationships with clients, suppliers, partners and local authorities.
7. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual sales data statistics, performance analysis and work reports.
8. Assist the company in brand promotion, exhibition arrangement and business activity planning.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade or related majors.
2. Minimum 3 years overseas / Middle East sales management experience; candidates with Saudi local experience are highly preferred.
3. Familiar with local Saudi business culture, market rules and project operation process.
4. Excellent business negotiation skills, market development ability and team management capability.
5. Fluent in English (written & spoken)and Arabic language
6. Strong target-driven mindset, able to work under pressure and achieve annual sales goals.
7. Good communication skills, high integrity, proactive work attitude and stable working style.
8.Preference will be given to candidates with experience in LED display screens and advertising in Saudi Arabia or other countries.
