We are seeking to hire an experienced Leasing & sales Consultant to join its growing team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate leasing and sales within the United Arab Emirates.
- Proven experience working with reputable real estate companies.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and leasing procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve leasing targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and lease residential and commercial properties.
- Assist clients in identifying suitable properties based on their requirements.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and facilitate the completion of tenancy agreements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while achieving leasing targets.
