Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, a flair for client interaction, and a commitment to providing exceptional service in both property sales and leasing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in finding their ideal properties for purchase or lease by understanding their needs and preferences.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed explanations about the features, benefits, and legal considerations of each property.
Manage negotiations between property owners and clients to secure favorable terms for all parties.
Stay informed about market trends, available listings, and leasing regulations in Abu Dhabi.
Proactively build and maintain a network of property owners, landlords, and potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and industry events.
Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to showcase properties effectively and drive client interest.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in property sales and/or leasing, with a strong familiarity with the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in real estate platforms such as Bayut and Property Finder.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred).
