Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients for prefabricated and portacabin products.
• Conduct client visits and site inspections to assess project requirements.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations and presentations based on client needs.
• Support marketing campaigns and brand promotion activities.
• Manage social media and digital marketing content related to prefab solutions.
• Participate in exhibitions and trade shows to promote company products.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Follow up on payments and post-delivery services to ensure client retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including design, production and logistics, to ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate with the finance team for invoicing and collections.
• Update the client database and maintain accurate project and contact records.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market analysis for management review.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of prefab and portacabin products.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in sales & marketing of prefabricated buildings or portacabin manufacturing in the UAE.
• Proven ability to achieve targets and maintain key accounts.
