Position: Sales Executive – Job Platform
TheSales Executiveis responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting QL Jobs’ recruitment solutions. This role involves proactive lead generation,client relationshipmanagement, and strategic sales execution to expand the platform’s reach among businesses, recruitment agencies, and job seekers. The Sales Executive will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuringcustomer satisfactionto enhance client retention and maximize revenue.
Client Acquisition & Sales:
Proactively engage in cold calling, lead management, and client outreach.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market research.
Develop and present proposals, follow up on sales, and manage client accounts to ensure retention.
Showcase QL Jobs services to businesses, recruitment firms, and potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close mutually beneficial deals.
Achieve and surpasssales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
Customer Account Management & Support:
Manage customer accounts, follow up with clients for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, including platform training to ensure efficient use of the platform for better ROI.
Maintain positive relationships with clients through professionalcommunicationvia phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Deliver performance reports to maximize client retention.
Respond to customer inquiries and anticipate their needs for a seamless experience.
Marketing & Promotions:
Curate and manage content for social media platforms, includingDaily Job Alerts, Weekly Job Alerts, and Featured Employer promotions & Newsletters.
Implement bulk email and SMS marketing campaigns, utilizing data extraction from competitors for insights.
Events & Exhibitions:
Represent QL Jobs atcareer fairs, job fairs, networking events, and exhibitionsto promote the platform.
Work closely with the team to ensure successful participation and effective engagement at client and industry events.
Reporting & Analysis:
Assist Line manager Generate monthly reports onclient engagement, and platform performance.
Conduct market research and analysis and assist in identifying industry trends and market opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, client management, or a related role.
Proficiency inEnglish and Hindi/Urduis required.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with aproven track recordof meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management is a plus.
Strongproblem-solvingabilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
Experience in recruitment industry is an advantage.
