Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in both retail sales and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving in-store sales while also promoting products through digital platforms to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell mobile phones, accessories, and electronic products to walk-in customers
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to maximize sales
- Manage and handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and post engaging content (offers, promotions, product highlights)
- Respond to customer inquiries through social media and WhatsApp
- Generate leads and convert online inquiries into sales
- Maintain attractive product displays in-store
- Track sales performance and meet monthly targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales (mobile phones or electronics preferred)
- Experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of latest mobile phones and electronic gadgets
- Basic skills in photo/video editing (preferred)
