Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of OHTL projects, ensuring that all phases are completed efficiently using advanced project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to develop comprehensive project specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards, thereby minimizing risks and enhancing project quality.
- Manage project budgets meticulously, tracking expenses and reporting on financial performance to ensure projects remain within established financial constraints.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure alignment of project goals and timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular project status meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and celebrate milestones with team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement proactive risk management strategies to identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation plans to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
