e are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive with UAE experience in the floral industry to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of floral products, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Job Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of floral products and services, including bouquets, floral arrangements, event décor, and customized floral solutions. You will work closely with the florist team to ensure client requirements are met with creativity and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and approach new clients including individuals, corporate clients, and event planners
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base to increase sales opportunities
Client Engagement
- Understand customer requirements for weddings, events, corporate orders, and daily floral needs
- Provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations
Product Promotion & Sales
- Promote floral arrangements, customized bouquets, seasonal offerings, and event décor services
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively
Coordination & Order Management
- Coordinate with florists to ensure designs meet client expectations
- Handle order processing, scheduling, and delivery coordination efficiently
Customer Support & Relationship Building
- Provide expert advice on flower selection, arrangements, and flower care
- Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the UAE (floral industry experience preferred)
- Good knowledge of flowers, arrangements, and event occasions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a pleasant and professional personality
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Immediate availability preferred
