Sales Executive – Entertainment & Hospitality
Loco Bear is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and promoting our various entertainment packages and deals to individuals, schools, colleges, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information about Loco Bear’s attractions, events, and packages.
- Take and manage customer bookings efficiently.
- Promote and sell different package deals and experiences.
- Identify and qualify new leads through networking, market research, and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain sales records, update CRM systems, and provide regular sales activity and pipeline reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in B2B sales and dealing with enterprise clients is an advantage.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation across corporate, college, and school segments.
- Good understanding of the local market and community network.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools.
