Job description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Freelance / Part-Time Accontant with strong expertise in CRM systems, data analysis, and reporting, along with a good understanding & Expertise in Finance & Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse data from CRM, sales, customer, membership, booking, and operational systems.
- Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Identify data inconsistencies, errors, missing information, and duplicate records.
- Analyse CRM data to identify customer trends, sales opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support reconciliation of sales and CRM data with basic accounting and financial records.
- Assist with revenue, payment, invoice, outstanding, and transaction analysis.
- Prepare branch-wise and department-wise financial and operational data reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis, CRM Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems and CRM reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including: Pivot Tables & XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP
- Good understanding of sales, revenue, customer and operational data.
Working Arrangement
- Employment Type: Freelance / Part-Time
- Working hours and schedule will be agreed based on business requirements.
- The role will be in person. (required in Office)
