Key Responsibilities

– Identify and qualify potential leads through market research and targeted outreach.

– Proactively reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest

and schedule meetings.

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as

their primary point of contact.

– Present and promote Company’s services to clients, emphasizing value propositions aligned

with their specific needs.

– Close sales deals to achieve individual and team revenue targets.

– Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for

upselling or cross-selling.

– Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns that generate leads and

build the sales pipeline.

– Maintain a deep understanding of Company’s services and tailor messaging to address client

needs and pain points.

– Update and manage the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads and

opportunities.

– Collaborate with the Head of Sales to create and implement regional sales strategies.

– Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

– 3-5 years of experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in B2B or service industries.

– Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

– Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in sales-related software.

– Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

– Knowledge of the Saudi market; experience in the laundry or service industry is a plus.
