Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to support the HR and Administration team at our project site in Ras Laffan. The ideal candidate should have previous experience with oil & gas / construction projects and be capable of handling day-to-day HR and administrative activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily administrative activities for the project site.
- Support HR operations, including employee onboarding, mobilization, demobilization, and personnel documentation.
- Arrange employee transportation, accommodation, gate passes, and site access requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers on HR and administrative matters.
- Assist in other employee-related processes as required.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and Administration team.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration and HR, preferably with an oil & gas EPC contractor.
- Good knowledge of HR and site administration processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power BI).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple tasks.
Pay: QAR6,000.00 – QAR7,000.00 per month
