Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Team Leader to oversee and motivate our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate consultants to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and market growth.
Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to team members.
Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, ensuring accountability and progress toward goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property listings.
Collaborate with the marketing and telesales teams to align strategies and improve lead generation.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, with a strong sales background.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record in managing and motivating a sales team.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the real estate market and property laws (UAE market knowledge preferred).
Education: Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Other Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
