Your Responsibilities
- Generate new business through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and personal prospecting.
- Identify and qualify potential buyers, investors, landlords, and sellers.
- Understand client objectives and recommend suitable property opportunities.
- Conduct professional property presentations and viewings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up consistently and professionally with qualified prospects.
- Negotiate effectively and manage clients throughout the transaction process.
- Stay informed about Dubai communities, property prices, payment plans, developers, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
