About the Role: JHD International is seeking a driven Sales Executive to develop new business and grow our client base in the oil & gas equipment trading sector. This is a new-business-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals in the industrial/trading space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities within the oil & gas and industrial equipment sector
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers, contractors, and distributors
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing in the oil & gas equipment industry
- Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activity
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within oil & gas, industrial equipment, or trading sectors
- Strong network of contacts in the UAE oil & gas / industrial supply market (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to hunt for new business
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
