Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant | Arabic Speaker role based in Abu Dhabi. The Property Consultant will support clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, guiding them through the entire transaction process. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market trends and pricing, preparing and presenting property proposals, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and listings. The role also involves responding to inquiries, negotiating offers, coordinating with landlords and developers, and ensuring all documentation complies with local regulations. The Property Consultant will collaborate closely with the wider team to achieve sales targets and deliver a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to provide informed property advice and market insights.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess effective Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market.
- Fluency in Arabic, with good proficiency in English, is required for effective communication with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, local regulations, and property documentation processes is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple clients and listings.
- Prior experience in real estate or a related customer-facing field is preferred; a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
