Job Description
Amoria Perfume is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, provide excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain a professional shopping experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Assist in stock management and inventory checks.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new arrivals.
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of retail sales experience in perfume industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong sales and upselling abilities
- Intermediate English communication skill (Arabic is a plus)
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
